First Friday Exhibitions at Harvester

Join us THIS #FirstFriday at Harvester Arts at The Lux.

Experience four dynamic exhibitions featuring powerful storytelling, intricate relationships, and artistic exploration:

Infixed Whispers by Brookelle Peterson Robertson (MFA Thesis Show) – A reflection on memory, family, and the moments that shape us.

Anatomy of a Bond by Abby Auscherman (MFA Thesis Show) – Fabric sculptures exploring the complexities and resilience of human relationships.

Human:Nature by Megan Messer (MFA Thesis Show) – Anthropomorphic ceramics depicting the emotional connection between humans and nature.

Rhythm & Bloom – A celebration of Black identity by Kansas City artists Taylar Sanders and Harold Smith, showcasing bold color, texture, and narrative. Curated by Dominique Williams.

First Friday: Somewhere Works

Harvester Arts is proud to announce a new partnership with Somewhere Works to curate their First Friday exhibitions!

The inaugural show features work from four talented artists:

Artists Build Abundant Futures Workshop

Join us for a transformative workshop with Harvester Arts Co-Founder, Kate Van Steenhuyse, exploring how artists can be catalysts for abundance and positive change in their communities.

Through behavioral economic insights and strategic foresight exercises, participants will envision thriving, artist-friendly futures and map out actionable next steps.
