We are seeking participants to join us for our annual 2019 Artist in Residence entry in the Riverfest Sundown Parade! Volunteers will be walking with our group & carrying masks depicting the Jump!Star Pole Star, Iota. The 2019 Riverfest Artist In Residence is George Ferrandi. Ferrandi is the creative director of Jump!Star, a science-based initiative that creates new traditions to celebrate the eventual transitioning of our North Star. Each year, Harvester Arts partners with Riverfest to bring a new artist to the festival and seeks to build relationships between that artist and the greater Wichita community. The 2019 Riverfest Artist in Residence is sponsored by Wichita Public Schools. Students who have created Iota masks in class are welcome to join in the parade as long as those 16 and under are accompanied by an adult.**

Harvester Arts, 215 N Washington between 1st & 2nd Streets.
